This Agreement is between you, the user of the FrontMix Web Site ("You"), and Femme Zoom SARL. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing Your use of FrontMix's Web Site currently located at www.FrontMix.com (the "Site"), Your hosting of any project on the Site and Your use of mozdev's systems and services, and is in addition to any executed agreements You may have with FrontMix. BY PRESSING THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON OR ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT. If You do not accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Site.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds and artwork on the site are owned, controlled or licensed by FrontMix, and are protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights laws.

No part of the site and no content may be copied or reproduced in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without FrontMix's express prior written consent.

Terms of Agreement

1. You must familiarize yourself with the details of this Agreement.
2. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. You are solely responsible for the safety, confidentiality, and authorization of all materials and information that you place on the site.
4. This site may contain some material that you might find objectionable.
5. You must use the site in accordance with the laws that govern your local area.

4. Report all illegal activity or posted material to the proper authorities.
5. Use all posted material in open access areas on the site by users, specifically for use in advertising and promotional materials on Partner sites.

FrontMix has no control over, or responsibility for, authenticity and accuracy of materials posted by users on this site. FrontMix does not bear responsibility for any harm, damage, loss of information or any other loss, which occurs during use of this site.
